We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway. HOME LAYOUT: A walk way leads you to the front door & 1 step gets you inside. Main Floor: -Kitchen -Dining room -Living room with 50" Smart Tv & Fireplace Walk through double sliding doors in the living room to access patio area. A full set of stairs leads to the second floor. Second Floor: -Master Bedroom w/ 40" Smart Tv, Fireplace & Desk -Full Bath #1 -Day Bed in Loft area A full set of stairs leads to the basement. Basement: -Laundry room NOTE: We are right along route 30 so if noise is a problem for you, this might not be the place for your vacation. We lived here for several months and traffic dies down a lot at night. Plus with our provided sound maker traffic is drowned out almost completely.

Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping. **While our property doesn't have child safety features, we do allow parents to bring their children as long as you are aware do not meet the requirements of child safety. House Rules

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors and want to respect them, so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. 1. All Lancaster County Residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guest as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Book can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for everyday of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

A favorite coffee place of ours is a small drive-thru coffee shop called "ReRe's" that is located 6 minutes from us and has great coffee, smoothies, etc. There's also a beautiful park nearby that you can go fishing and hiking at. We are located right along Route 30 in Parkesburg which is only 5 minutes from Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree, Wawa & so much more. Lovely place! Very clean and had everything we needed. Home was so comfortable. We loved the size of the rooms. Nice and big. The electric fireplaces were great! Great stay!
