I really enjoyed Kathryn’s place it was very nice and quiet even though we were right next to the highway but overall a nice stay we were 30 minutes away from Lancaster PA and down the street from nice restaurants and shopping areas.

The property was absolutely Beautiful- the house was decorated so nicely and we immediately felt at home. The kitchen was spacious - we enjoyed playing games with the family around the island. The bedrooms were so inviting and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the hot tub even in this chilly winter. The host was thorough and responsive. This experience was a 10/10 for us. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect about our stay. Thank you Kathryn for everything - the Pepe Family enjoyed their stay and will definitely be back.

We stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. There’s a town only 10 minutes away with plenty to eat and shop. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival and Kathryn was helpful and kind. I would easily stay here again. Perfect for a nice little get away!

Our group of families visit the area every year and found this house to be perfect for our long weekend. The house is beautiful. We loved that there was a small kids area and lots of space in basement for kids to play. The hot tub on the deck was great with such a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay!

My second time here and I’m already planning the next trip. Beautiful, clean, modern-but-still-cozy and all around the perfect stay. Kathryn was great, and helped me get set when a huge snow storm was coming through during my stay. It’s close to so much but feels very private and peaceful. And horse-and-buggy traffic right out front. As a solo traveler I also love how safe the whole area is. Thank you!

Kathryn's place was amazing, there were a couple of hiccups that she accomodated immediately and went above and beyond for. Would definitely stay here again, had such a great experience and weekend.

My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend and we had a really great time! All four bedrooms are well appointed, clean and have everything you need. The kitchen and living area were great for cooking and socializing and the hot tub was so amazing! Kathryn is a extremely responsive and friendly host. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay at this home. The home was very clean, well decorated, and we even had someone that cleared the snow out for us on the driveway when it snowed heavily. It was a great time, and we enjoyed staying here! Kathryn was such a great host. Very responsive, friendly, and diligent with reminders. You could tell she was experienced, and was on top of things.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. As mentioned in the description of the house, yes there was traffic noise from the road. However, the host provided a noise machine if needed which I feel was very thoughtful. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.
