Private & Peaceful Lakehouse w/ Hot tub + King bed

Hi! We can’t wait to be your hosts and hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our property. We love our neighbors and want to respect them, so we ask you to be respectful to our rules. 1. All Local Residents (within 1.5 hours) must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guest as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No partied, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the Welcome Book. (Book can be found after arrival) 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for everyday of the rental period) 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No pets allowed. $200 fine if rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

You will have access to the entire property except for the small closet underneath the steps that lead to the second floor. This is the owners property please do not open it.
